Report distribution becomes intelligent: instead of static email subscriptions, Autonoly can render specific Tableau views as images or PDFs and distribute them through the right channel for each recipient — email, Slack DM, or a shared Teams channel — with the rendering tailored to the recipient's preferred device and format. Data-driven alerting adds a proactive dimension: Autonoly can poll Tableau metrics on a schedule, detect threshold breaches, and route alerts to the right teams with context and recommended actions before a human would normally notice the issue. Embedding dashboards into external portals and managing viewer permissions programmatically — adding and removing users based on their status in your CRM or HR system — are both achievable without writing any Tableau REST API code.
